How it works

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) is an omega-3 fatty acid that protects memory.
Incorporated into membranes, it regulates various cellular functions including neuro-genesis (the formation of new nerve cells), neuroplasticity, the formation of connections between neurons and the transmission of nerve impulses.

Vitamin D3 promotes the active transport of calcium and contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus in the intestine, promoting the normal maintenance of bones and muscle function.
Regulates blood calcium levels, maintaining adequate dental and bone mineralization.
It is also important for the body’s natural defenses as it contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Lutein has many benefits for the body, including its antioxidant function, protects brain cells from free radicals and the retinas from damage caused by blue sunlight.

The B vitamins have a tonic, restorative and energizing action, they are also stimulants of concentration and memory.
